Before submitting the application, please ensure you have electronic copies of the following:

I. Certified copies of high school/post-secondary transcripts, diplomas, and degrees

II. Proof of English Proficiency – report of IELTS/TOEFL scores

III. Signed Notice of Disclosure form

IV. Copy of your passport ID page

Application fee $150.

Letter of Acceptance

The official letter of acceptance will be issued to the qualified candidates to start their student permit application.

Pay the tuition fees

Once the student receives a Letter of Acceptance, the student must sign the student contract. You will receive further instructions once the Letter of Acceptance has been issued.

Wire Transfers ( Payment Method )

Wire transfers are the preferred method of transferring funds internationally.

Once we receive the deposit, an Official Receipt will be issued.

Refund Policy

For us to process the refund in the event of visa denial, we would need an official rejection of a study permit from the Consulate of Canada. If the student does not attend school, then $500 will be retained as an administration fee. For more information, please refer to the Fee Refund Policy as prescribed under S. 25 to 33 of O. Reg. 415/416 available on the enrollment contact.

Once we have received all the necessary information for processing a refund please allow 3-4 weeks for review, verification and for processing.
